What happens when you delete your account?

When your deletion request is processed, the following actions will take place:

1. Permanently Erased Data:

Personal Account Details: Name, login email, phone number, saved password, profile picture, and demographics.
Linked Devices & Telemetry: Connected wearable devices, heart rate logs, step history, and continuous monitoring metrics.
Preferences & Settings: Saved doctor bookmarks, custom search filters, notification settings, and session tokens.
Active Schedules: Any pending non-clinical appointment requests will be canceled.

2. Statutory Medical Retention Notice:

In accordance with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines, DISHA frameworks, and medical registration board mandates, completed doctor consultation notes, issued e-prescriptions, and diagnostic billing records must be retained for mandatory statutory recordkeeping periods (3 to 7 years).

These clinical records will be disassociated from your active user profile, archived securely, and rendered inaccessible for non-audit purposes.

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, you will not be able to reactivate your profile or recover your personal history.
